The 100 MPG Challenge goes to London

Posted by NRG SVR in 100 MPG Challenge

Labour Day was the first time I had been with other smart owners in nearly a week. Glenn from Lambeth hosted a bbq that was attended by 5 other owners and myself. We enjoyed burgers and curried salmon. Glenn enjoyed a peach pie!

Afterwards, the seven cars made a journey to the Mercedes-Benz dealer, where a media event had been organized by Diane Szoller, the Project Manager for London’s One-Tonne Community Challenge. London is one of the forty communities that has a Community Challenge program currently. I did a short interview, and then presented Diane with an Abbotsford OTC t-shirt. Thanks Diane for getting the media out on such short notice!
